JetHut is a new player in the diecast market. They are offering budget priced models of a quality that is very close to the major brands and are ideal for the budget collector. JAL had a very large fleet of DC-8’s, The -30 series was the first of type with just four delivered, followed by 54 of the larger types. This DC-8-30 was the first and delivered new in July 1960. It was retired and preserved at Haneda, first in 1974 as a cabin trainer. Later only the nose section was kept, displayed in the original 1960’s colours.
This model aircraft is made from die-cast metal and include extensive detailing. It is similar in quality to Gemini Jets, Aeroclassics, JC Wings and Aviation400.
